Equineware™ ships from Ireland to customers across Europe, the United Kingdom, and selected international destinations.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time is 2–10 working days depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

From time to time, Equineware™ may offer complimentary European delivery for a limited period.

This promotion may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

5. International Orders & Customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Equineware™ is not liable for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@equineware.com.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
