We supply equestrian leather care products. Product descriptions and images are provided for information purposes. Minor variations may occur.
All prices are shown in Euro (€). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Where advertised, complimentary shipping may be offered for a limited time only.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store credit card details.
Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorised.
Delivery times are estimated between 2–10 working days depending on destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
If you are purchasing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at sales@equineware.com.
Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that have been used, damaged, or returned outside the withdrawal period.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately for equestrian leather care purposes only.
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Equineware™ and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
