We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in line with Irish and EU consumer law.
1. 14-Day Return Policy (EU Right of Withdrawal)
Customers in the EU have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.
Conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending anything back

Customer pays the return shipping cost under the 14-day withdrawal rule

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved

Once approved, we will provide the RAN and the correct return address.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the product is received in acceptable condition.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within:

Replace the item free of charge

Cover all shipping costs (return + replacement)

We always prioritise damaged/incorrect items and resolve these cases quickly.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Items not in original packaging

Items returned without a valid Return Authorisation Number

Items damaged by misuse or improper storage

Products purchased outside equineware.com (e.g., third-party retailers)
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
A refund may be declined if:

The returned item is used or opened

The original packaging is missing or damaged

The item was returned without prior approval

The product shows signs of improper handling or contamination

Banks may require additional time to display the refund
5. Return Shipping Address
The return address will be provided after a Return Authorisation Number is issued.
Please do not send products back without prior approval.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in cases of:

For change-of-mind returns, only refunds are offered once the product is returned in acceptable condition.
