7. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Rule)
Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

You must notify us before returning the product

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be issued before sending items back

Customer pays return shipping under the EU withdrawal rule
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

This guarantee is valid for 30 days from delivery.
It does not affect your statutory EU consumer rights.
