Store Warranty Statement — Equineware™ Ireland

At Equineware™ Ireland, we take pride in producing high-quality, natural leather-care products made in small batches in Ireland. Every product is hand-poured with care, using clean, natural-origin ingredients and strict quality standards. We stand behind the performance and craftsmanship of all Equineware™ products.


1. Our Warranty

We guarantee that all products purchased on equineware.com are:

  • Free from manufacturing defects

  • Correctly filled, sealed, and labelled

  • Fresh, stable, and consistent with the formula described

  • Safe for leather when used as directed

If any product you receive does not meet these standards, we will replace it or issue a full refund.


2. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Damaged tins or packaging on arrival

  • Leaking or improperly sealed containers

  • Incorrect items shipped

  • Manufacturing defects (texture, contamination, separation outside normal natural variance)

Timeframe

  • Damaged/incorrect items: Notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • Manufacturing defects: Notify us within 30 days of purchase

Equineware™ covers all shipping costs for approved warranty claims.


3. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to improper use (e.g., applying to suede or synthetic leather)

  • Changes caused by extreme storage conditions (heat, freezing, or direct sunlight)

  • Natural variations in colour or firmness (normal for natural wax-based balms)

  • Leather damage caused by misuse or over-application


4. How to Submit a Warranty Request

To make a warranty claim, contact:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.


5. Remedy Options

If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive one of the following:

  • A replacement product (shipped at no cost)

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Depending on the case, we may ask that the item be returned or safely disposed of.


6. Your Consumer Rights

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under:

  • The EU Consumer Rights Directive

  • The Irish Consumer Protection Act

  • Local EU member state consumer laws

Nothing in this statement limits your statutory protections.
